I’ll try to translate the Q&A bubbles, since I think those are the most interesting. The paragraph looks like it’s just a recap of Kibou-hen.

(1) I’m not too sure about the phrasing for this one. I kind of understand the Japanese sentence but I can’t find a way to make it fit better into English? If someone can tell me a better translation for 挑戦と意気込まなければいけないような料理とっくにマスターしている, I’d be grateful!
(2) He literally says “tsuntsun”.
(3) I have no idea what 新米 is, the kanji mean “new rice” but I don’t see how that has to do with autumn? Anyway, I took the alternate translation I got from Weblio, so I’d like it if someone can confirm.
(4) I… don’t get this sentence. Someone explain いまいち現実味がない to me? I think he’s talking about Kamukura here, so considering his catchphrase, I thought this line probably has something to do with reality being boring.

Unfortunately I can’t really read Naegi’s or Togami’s “direct hits” (although I think Togami was protesting against comparing Naegi to something so delicious but reluctantly gave an answer at the end… though I can’t really read the kanji there it looks like it may be some kind of sour plum? I really can’t read the kanji though so don’t quote me on that.)

If somebody can link me to scans of the Naegi and Togami ones, I’d be happy to try translating them too! (Although Togami’s speech pattern is a little difficult…)

3) I think new rice refers to the rice that just got harvested during the fall season, compared to ‘old rice’ it has a purer white color (just like Komaeda’s hair)
4) I think he might be talking about Komaeda’s poor grasp on reality (to say the least…) I’ve seen some people translate it as ‘spacey’, though I think that’s not strong enough for 現実味がない. The って there is not one of a citation imo, so it’s not something Komaeda said, rather it’s something about Komaeda, like, “That guy, he doesn’t really have a good sense of reality/a good grasp on reality does he?”, but yeah that sentence is pretty confusing, I wonder what Hinata really meant by that…

there’s this kanji “Kare” that can mean “him” but also “boyfriend” (from what he said)

PS: the friend that translated this for me doesn’t ship komahina or anything, he just /tried/ to translate what’s in the picture. Please don’t try to see this as a way that I’m forcing komahina or something ; v;
